CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, LOST ORDERS AND REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer order cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.

If you are wanting to cancel your order after the 24 hour cut off period, you must have extenuating circumstances for your cancelation. We do not offer cancelations for reasons such as, you no longer want the product, post-purchase regrets etc. Please be mindful when spending your money and acknowledge that cancelled orders cost us in shipping, materials and time.

 

AMENDING ORDERS AFTER CHECKOUT

If you make a mistake when placing an order, for example; ordering the wrong size clothing item, ordering an item you already own etc, please do not place another order with the correct item.

Instead email us directly at sempertristisdesign@gmail.com, this is easier and quicker for both parties as we can simply amend the order on our end. This means no extra transactions for you, no time waiting for a refund and we can restock the wrong item instantly. Please note this is only valid on unfulfilled orders. You cannot amend an order once shipped or delivered, if you have a problem with your order please follow our return policies, found further down this page.

 

RETURN POLICIES AND PROCESS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, and in its original packaging (if possible). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (email evidence is accepted).

To start a return, contact us at sempertristisdesign@gmail.com. If the circumstances surrounding your want and reason for a return are accepted, we will provide the details you need to send it back to us and you will need to pay for the return's shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not pay for you to return products back to us, the shipping for the returns are to be paid by the customer.

Please also note that once your order has been shipped, the cost you paid for shipping will not be refunded. This is due to that cost being paid to ship it originally, shipping is non-refundable. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

LATE DELIVERIES

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on late deliveries, this is out of our hands and we cannot take responsibility for the shipping process. If your order takes longer than you anticipated to reach you, this is not a problem on our part. We understand it is frustrating, we also want all customer to receive their orders as quickly as possible, however, once orders leave our hands, we cannot determine how quick orders reach our customers, as much as we wish we could.

 

LOST ORDERS

In the case of refunds on lost orders, we will need to be contacted by you, the customer, about this issue. We do not keep track of each orders status, so if you suspect your order of being lost, please contact us at sempertristisdesign@gmail.com.

The way lost mail in the UK often works is that we have a window of time we must wait until we can file a claim of lost mail. If the time has been under that window, we sadly cannot file a claim or do anything to help you. As soon as the window opens to file a claim, we will do so and you will be notified. Claims often take time to be processed by Royal Mail, therefore refunds cannot be given until the claim has been successfully processed, so we please ask for full patience during this.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please photograph the evidence and contact us via our email. We will evaluate the issue and make amend the situation according to your specific situation.

If you are missing an item from you order, please contact us and we will send our the missing items as quickly as possible, for no extra cost. You will not be charged extra shipping, due to this being a admin error on our part.

 

EXCEPTIONS, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable; Commissioned work, any Customised Art Prints, Gift Cards, Tattoo Permission Tickets and all mystery listings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable. You are also not eligible for a refund on items bought before a sale/discount goes live. If you buy the item at full price, for it to then be reduced later that day/week/month/etc., you are not eligible for a refund on the difference.

 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We also reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent seeming orders, such as multiple separate orders of the exact same product to the same shipping address. We will always contact you via email first to ask for written confirmation that the orders are genuine, and we will refund the difference of shipping where necessary. However, if we do not hear back from you within a stated time period, then we reserve the right to cancel any orders that seem fraudulent. FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS

Please note if you are a recurring customer who frequently cancels orders, returns orders or requests refunds then we reserve the right to deny your custom. We are a small business therefore we often do not recover quickly from multiple/large cancellations and/or multiple/large refunds. We are not a large business with endless money to instantly refund an order no matter the size, so please be mindful when buying from us or any other small business.
